APPROACH
Position Specification.
Starting point for determining potential candidates during the course of the
search.
Identify Potential
Candidates.
Over 2,000 resumes are available in our computerize database and networking
with our referral contacts and inquiry of the business community.
Contact Candidates and Conduct Interviews. Potential candidates are contacted and interviewed to appraise the suitability and technical competence.
References Check.
Candidate references are fully examined. A complete written report is
provided with the candidate’s professional and personal traits,
characteristics, references, and our observations.
Present Candidates.
The most qualified candidates are presented for client’s evaluation and
consideration. Our office at Popular Center in Hato Rey is available for this
purpose. The client makes the final selection of the individuals and offer
of employment.
Progress Reports.
Within a week following the date of the acceptance of the engagement, constant
and open communication with the client is initiated, until the assignment is
completed.
GUARANTEE
Searches involve experienced consultants to
take special care and assure a successful result.
Nevertheless, if a replacement of the selected individual (e.g.: lack of
technical competence, sickness, etc, is confirmed and necessary within the
first six months on the job, we will replace the person at no additional cost.
FEES
Search engagement cost is twenty (20%) percent of the position annual compensation. The fee is approximately ten percent (10%) below the fees charged by other search firms in Puerto Rico. Out of pocket expenses are billed at cost.
